Registration Fees and Payment Procedure

Event Fees 

The fee includes event materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner.

Early bird registration:

• Academic and professional presenters: $US 200
• Ph.D. students and attendees: $US 100

The deadline for early registration is March 10, 2025.

Standard registration: 

• Academic and professional presenters: $US 250
• Ph.D. students and attendees: $US 125

The extended deadline for standard registration is March 25, 2025.

The accompanying person fee: $US 100 (this fee is intended for the person willing to accompany a participant to the event's gala dinner but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program).

Payment Procedure

Payment can be made using Visa  (Credit/Debit) or bank transfer*. Please use this link to proceed with the payment: Event Payment

* If the bank transfer option is selected, participants will receive an email containing all necessary details along with GUST's bank information. To finalize their registration for the conference, participants must email a proof of transfer to the conference's official email address.
